What a gorgeous, other-worldly hike. It's actually more of a long walk, on a nice, wide, heavily used trail. Brought the family and pooches to Vegas, wanted a hike exactly of this nature. The tunnels and view of Lake Mead were a major bonus! Parking was easy, there are bathrooms at the parking area, the visitor center is close (and offers a nice little gift shop and attached free museum). The whole journey was very well rounded. We were there in February so the weather was a very mild 70 degrees. Was only disappointed that we didn't see any bighorn sheep.
