  • **AVOID!!* Sent me a $90 bill..6 months AFTER the service.I have EXCELLENT coverage with teachers insurance. I paid my copay in FULL EVERY visit! I called and asked why I STILL had a $90 balance and was told by teresa in billing "if you dont pay this , you WILL lose your insurance".
