  • Customer service is not a strong suit at this property. Over a four night stay I regularly found multiple staff hanging around the front desk B.S.ing and not serving customers. Yesterday during breakfast hours a female staff member is standing on the customer side of the front desk eating her breakfast. Today, a Saturday, the breakfast bar is under-supplied, and when something was asked for (silverware) staff simply shrugged it off and passed the buck to other staff, who also didn't respond. In a nutshell it seems like it could be a fun place to work...you can hang with your friends, take your time, and ignore those pesky customers until/unless you get around to it. No thanks, I'll stay elsewhere.
