The attitude in their response shows how they talk to/ treat their tenants better than I could describe.
I thought I was just annoyed as a tenant but omg thank goodness I'm not the owner of the house. I would be mortified if a company that I hired talked to current tenants that way.

Would recommend to avoid if possible.
Took 3 weeks to fix a water heater. No joke. No hot water!!
Now I've been waiting one month to get a sensor on a pool heater fixed....
The vendor came out 10 days ago and they literally just sent me an email saying:
"We have left numerous messages to the vendor to send us the estimate. They
have failed to produce it. We will continue to call tehma nd leave
messages.
We apologize for the inconvenience."
Very professional typos on top of the terrible service and zero follow-up.
Tenants----Negotiate into your lease that you can fix it after X time passes and take it out of the rent.
Anyone looking to hire them- don't.
