rev:text	Wow~ my family has been going here since 2014 when we had to select a Primary Care Physician to obtain referrals. We saw Lori Straub who was wonderful. Since Lori Straub has left the practice everything changed. The front desk staff is extremely rude. We had an appointment yesterday (9/12) for 4pm at the Box Canyon location. By 4:30 I went to the desk to inquire if there was a problem or if she knew the estimated time delay. The woman at the front desk did not even acknowledge me. She spoke on her phone with her friend, alternately laughing, exclaiming "Oh No Girl!!!" and shrieking. This continued until one of the nurses called her. She got up and left, again without addressing me. I went back to my family to sit and wait. By this time it was 5pm. Everyone in the waiting room had been called. We were the only ones left in the waiting room. Again I went to the desk where the same woman looked at me and said "What?" This is how I was addressed. When I expressed concern at the hour wait time she asked me, "So? We are running behind, I don't know what you want me to do." When I asked how much longer, as it was not 5:15 and we had been there since 3:45, she stated, "How am I suppose to know." She did not look up from her phone as she spoke to me. I asked to reschedule and again, without looking up she responded, "We have no openings." I was so disappointed to be treated in such a disrespectful way for a service I am paying dearly for. This treatment was so disrespectful and rude I am filing an official complaint. I hope the medical staff knows what is going on at the front desk. They need to be taken off the Insurance provider list immediately.
