  • I live less than 1 mile from Big O. Randomly stopped in at 9 am. Was out the door by 9:05 am. One of my tires had been going flat for a few weeks. I was treating it with fix a flat but ultimately losing the battle. And I thought pesos my shocks were bad. Car felt unstable. 10:15 Big O tells me to come pick up the car already?! I go back to pick it up and was told my tire had a bail through it and the shocks are fine. They fixed the tire perfectly. THEY CHARGED ME $0.00. 000000000000000000000 How often does this happen? Never! Therefore these people are honest, awesome and 100% worthy of all my future business. Thanks
