  • What is going on with this Petsmart? New manager? It's awful. I stood in line only to be told to find another line just when I got up to the cashier because she had something else to do! So I got to stand in line again! And the Smell, doesn't Banfield clean anymore? I'm going to go to Petco. I have had 3 bad experiences, I'll buy dog food somewhere else. And I would never even consider Banfield with that smell!
