  • I can't select a zero star rating, which is what this location deserves. I went in to have my fiance's vehicle inspected and the oil changed. I corrected all of the problems last year, or so I thought. Unfortunately, my CEL burned out. The service writer who's name unfortunately escapes me, had a tone like I should've known that the light was burned out. He was also extremely rude when telling me that my vehicle had failed. When he told me that there were two fault codes on my computer, he neglected to write down the engine codes for my review. The thing that irritates me the most is the fact that he let me walk out of the shop without offering to repair my vehicles problems. The oil change was successful, but when I left the shop I noticed that the old oil change sticker hadn't been removed. They simply placed their oil change sticker next to the old one. Pure negligence.
