  • Very disappointed Got to know a few of the employees at National Home Warranty and added their coverage as an available option to my clients b/c I got the sense that service was very important to them and thought knowing some key people within the company could potentially be a benefit should we ever need to file a claim. Plus I like to do business locally when possible. But I was totally wrong and they were quick to hide behind some of their little contract loopholes to avoid honoring their warranty. I understand that most warranty companies are happy to take your money and not so quick to pay a claim... but this was a pretty ridiculous situation. Don't let the low price fool you b/c you get what you pay for. You won't find out that you are screwed until it is too late. Plenty of other companies to choose from. The price is low for a reason and they are getting 1 star reviews for a reason
