  • Very poor customer service tonight. We came in to use a Groupon and told it could not be honored because we didn't purchase it 24 hours in advance. We also called in advance to make sure there would be lane availability, were told to come by but there is limited availability. They however failed to mention that ALL but 3 of their lanes are completely reserved all night for leagues. This makes a HUGE difference for us driving 30 minutes to the location. Very disappointing.
