  • This review is based on my first visit to establish myself as a patient with Dr. Hammett. Scheduling was easy and all of the forms are online - save everybody some time and do them at home. I was taken back almost immediately where the nurse collected vitals and reviewed my medical information. Dr. Hammett came in right afterward and we reviewed my medical history and pressing medical concerns. I explained that I already have a substantial medical "team" of specialists and just needed a PCP to fill in the gaps not covered by specialists. He was cool with that and checked in with me on medication refills. The whole process couldn't have been easier. Finding the office was a tiny bit confusing as they share a lobby/building with the Urgent Care Center so I wasn't sure if I was in the place but folks were quick to assure me that I was.
