  • So I went here today to get my nails filled. This is the second time I've been to this one. They weren't very busy, probably had about 10 employees that were free and not doing anything. Well a woman and her elderly mother, who is using a walker, make their way up the sidewalk to the salon. They are going at a slow pace and its obvious the elderly woman is struggling a bit. I'm sitting there getting my nails watching and waiting to see if any of these 10+ employees were going to go out and help. NOPE, not a single one gets off their ass to help them. They are almost at the door, so I turn to my nail stylist and tell her to hold on a second. I, a paying customer with wet nails, get up and hold the door open for them, all because the employees were too lazy to get off their asses to help these women. I was, and still am, completely appalled by the blatant disregard and rude behavior. The only saving grace was that my nails do look good, which is why they got two stars instead of one. But I will never be going back!
