This has to be the best happy hour on the Strip, or maybe in the world. First of all, the "social hour" goes from 5 to 10 pm. No rush! The special menu includes a list of about 5 cocktails - classic, strong, craft cocktails that are only $7.50. Some of the ones we had were the French Connection and Penicillin so you get the idea. Just don't look at the $15 Guiness. The social hour menu also includes some small plates that are in the $10 range. Skip the salmon tartare, which was literally two pieces of crostini and go for the beef tartare instead - very generous portion. We saw many people getting trays of the $2 oysters and there was a burger deal as well. We made a meal out of the plates and so dinner AND drinks for two was $75 including tip.
