| - Before I jump in, I'm going to qualify this five star review: This is a pricy cleanse, running about $150 for three days. This being said, it is everything you need and I deem it worth it. Without them doing all the work for me I would have failed, so I'm A-OK with the Gwyneth price tag.
I just completed the Energizer Cleanse (http://www.totalcleanse.ca/cleanses/energize-cleanse/) from here. Somebody bring me a medal... with Brooklyn pepperoni and extra cheese.
In all seriousness, I would recommend Total Cleanse, specifically this cleanse, to anyone who is interested in doing a healthy reset on their insides. The cleanse has roughly 1200 calories and a lot of fruit, so it isn't for rapid weight loss and you can leave your house and participate in life without feeling fatigued. Did I participate in life outside of my house during the cleanse? Out there where there are all those restaurants and bars? Oh hell no. I have a serious willpower problem, so I stayed inside with all of the screens and screams, but you, dear reader, are probably a stronger person.
The result of is just as they indicate, I feel energized. I'm craving healthy foods instead of crap and I'm probably now a bi-annual cleanse convert!
