| - I purchased a Living Social voucher for inside and outside pest treatment. As I work out of state, I asked for a weekend appointment. The technician for my area was not always in Scottsdale on weekends, so it took several weeks to schedule the appointment. I provided the office with the gate code for my community, as well as my telephone number. I was given a window of 9am to noon, and waited for the technician all morning. He did not appear, and I only got voicemail when I called the office. During a follow up phone call with the office, I was told that the technician could not get in the gate. I noted that I had previously provided the gate code, and that no attempt was made to reach me by phone, I agreed to reschedule the appointment. again, I waited more than 3 hours - no show. I left a voicemail at the office, and was later told that my house was not put on the technician's schedule due to a "glitch". As I have already wasted two days waiting for the pest service, I cannot recommend this merchant.
