  • I have been a member with OneNevada for several years now and everytime I have ever needed anything and went to a branch (exclusively in summerlin) they were amazing. Unfortunately they are very limited in what they can do and when you call the people that answer the phone are hands down the worst customer service experience I have ever received. I have worked in call centers for a decade now and developed agents and if I heard any of them treat people like how they treated me I would of pulled them from the phones immediately. The phone people are rude, abrupt, impatient, condescending and unwilling to help you with everything and on top of that they generally charge you to call them as well. Sorry one nevada your call center people have single handedly turned a die hard customer into well not even a customer anymore. I cannot emphasize enough the people in the branches are great!!! AVOID CALLING "CUSTOMER SERVICE" at all costs unless you enjoy being insulted and wasting your time.
