We had to put down our beloved German Shepard due to kidney failure and the staff here were amazing. They had a room ready for us right away so we could be alone with him. His vet (can't recall her name) was very sweet and gentle with him, gave us as much time as we needed.
I picked up his ashes yesterday. If you're contemplating if you really NEED the 125$ package, you do. I wasn't sure but I am so glad we got it. His ashes came in a beautiful wooden box with his name engraved on it, a little seed pack to plant in his memory, a framed poem with a stamped print of his paw and a tuft of his hair as well as a stamped print into clay. Some places don't individually cremate, but Ann Rd does. He even came with a little card stating who cremated him and the date. This all breaks my heart writing about it but I can't be any more great full for the care they put into such a hard time in our lives. Thank you Ann Rd.
