I have removed my child from the Milton, ON facility. I voiced my concerns to the site Director who said that since she wasn't there at the time of the incident, she could not comment. So basically, the staff isn't accountable to anyone if the Director isn't there. GREAT! I took my concerns to the head office who promised to get back to me...3 months later nothing from them. I then I contacted CEO Victoria Sopik and she apologized, more than the centre or the head office did, but then asked if we would reconsider and send our child back....send her to the the centre that didn't take care of her in the first place? No thank you! In a town where families are turned away or put on year long wait-lists for a daycare spot - can this centre really afford to loose clients???? There is a reason why they have 30 infant spots and only 3 children registered at this facility. STAY AWAY!
