  • This quaint little shop at the corner of Mt. Pleasant and Hillsdale was the closest Gelato shop to where I was shopping and presently ice cream/gelato is a lifesaver. Lots of seating both inside and out; however, the outside has metal tables that was impossible to sit at in the midday sun (the reflection was blinding). Lots of interesting flavours of gelato to choose from. I opted for the 2 flavour cup and had a 50/50 experience. The raspberry flavour was bang on with real fruit pieces in it. It tasted like the raspberries I use to pick off the bush in my backyard. The vanilla Nutella on the other hand was tasteless. It had no more than a hint of hazelnut. Really friendly staff and the gelato is made on premises. It met my needs and I would definitely return in the future to try more of their fruit flavours. Delicious on a hot summer day.
