  • This was my first time renting and it was an awful experience. No one responds to your emails, whenever you call you're put on hold forever. Finding someone to get a hold of was a very difficult process. The house lacked a lot of necessary features that the city of Tempe REQUIRES rentals to have, such as a smoke alarm and peep hole.
