  • Was shopping around for a new gas range and microwave. Had pretty much decided to buy LG as all my other appliances are LG. Went to all the other appliance stores and Best Buy without Pacific Sales. The sales people weren't really knowledgeable and wanted to sell me what they had in stock instead of a higher in LG that would take two months to get here from South Korea, it seemed. Went to Pacific Sales and boy were they busy. I found out why after the Salesman Martin waited on me. He was very knowledgeable on LG products and knew off the top of his head what the newest features of the model I wanted. He even advised me about how the back of the stove would need to align with my gas line i was having installed. I was very pleased with his knowledge and service and was able to have both appliances delivered in the next couple of days instead of waiting weeks with the other retailers.
