I frequent Zipps a couple times a month and my past experience was a bit surprising. I received the bill and noticed there was a charge for one extra zipparita. There were only two of us in the party that were drinking. When I questioned the waitress she said that she would have her manager look through the video. When Ryan the manager came out he proceeded to tell me he would look at the video but he could not remove the overcharge of one of the drinks. After 20 minutes he comes out to tell me that he could not tell on such a long video it would take too long. So not only did he waste 20 minutes of my time while he looked through the video he decides to give me a $5 coupon so I will return back to the restaurant to spend more money. With an $80 bill you think that he would appreciate the business. I explained to him that if they limit a person to only three how could there be 7-Zip Rita's on a bill for two people drinking? The other two were underage. I think the customer service could be a little better and just say I'm sorry for the mistake but I did not even receive that. My suggestion to all is make sure you count how many drinks you order like I do to make sure your not over charged for something you do not consume or order.
