Stopped in to O'Reilly's after getting a jump for my SUV. Josh checked my battery and told me I needed to have it replaced. I bought my battery Jan 2012. i did not have a receipt and he could not find me on their system. He updated my info and installed the new battery in no time. He also had to take out all the corrosion that was clinging to the dead battery.
Josh was friendly and did a great job explaining everything to me. I asked if I had a credit to use on the new battery price because most places prorate the battery life and he said no, your covered. This was a great experience! Josh at O'Reilly's was friendly, the process was fast, and it was free due to the type of battery I bought over 2 years ago.
