  • Overall friendly staff. Only one issue with a design consultant with the furniture side. Patti has been working with us on two occasions, but it seems that she has issues working with couples and appears to be comfortable working with one person. She was helpful overall but I felt uneasy. I am in the design business in architecture and interior design. The employee tends to listen to one person and fails to make eye contact with the other(me). She also made a rude comment to a piece of furniture I shared with her that was mid-century known as the Wassily chair which we own. She laughed when I showed her and said it looks like a Frankenstein's chair and that it belonged in an office. (It's actually placed in our home office so her assuming plus rude comments was a negative attitude on her). It was just a conversation in getting to know the design consultant. I still like this store and I have a trade program thru them as part of my business efforts to refer clients. I still plan to come here but I will not be working with her again. I hope she can have a better attitude and treat her customers equally and with respect.
