  • Wow! I've been having a rough time, and someone decided to put screws in my tires inappropriately out of anger. I called these guys to check if they still fix /plug tires free of charge, and indeed they do which is amazing. After waiting in line we went out to check my tires, and after was told he's was looking to see if they had a tire for me.. I embarrassingly told him there was absolutely no way I could afford any new or used tire, but he continued looking saying he thinks they have a good used tire. I walked over to the mall, and got back in an hr @noon. I waited in line having seen my car was done and ready to go. Patrick was the employee that helped me, he went above and beyond for me, and cared more about my safety than my money. The tire he had in mind ended up having a big slash in it, and instead of plugging it since it was getting low on tread he had them replace it with a brand new tire! I can't thank Patrick @ discount tire enough for the best tire experience I've ever had!! Since they price match, I usually get my tires at Walmart, but will be coming here from now on! Again, thank you so much Patrick!
