  • Terrible customer service! When my husband and I bought a brand new dishwasher from them it flooded our kitchen the first time we used it. They sent someone out to fix it and determined it had a bad part. They told us that part was on back order and they didn't know when our dishwasher would be usable. I called the owner (Doug) and when I finally got ahold of him he was incredibly condescending and rude. He told me other than him coming out and washing my dishes himself he didn't know what else I wanted him to do. I asked about returning it for a different washer and he said he wouldn't allow it and then followed up by asking me if I would return a new car if the AC was broken and said you don't get to return a dishwasher because it has a bad part. It took at least a week before someone came out to fix it. Our experience was a nightmare and we will go across the street from now on.
