  • We wanted to install a water softening as well as a RO system in our home. Jose came out and inspected our property and gave us a very reasonable quote. We took a week or so to decide and called him a few times with follow up questions. He took the time to answer all questions professionally and patiently. Fidel and Lui came out to do our install - they were very polite and great at making me feel confident in their skills. They did a fantastic job walking us through the install at the end and answered all our questions. We had some gurgling noises in the upstairs sink the night of the install, and Jose came out to diagnose the problem. He also followed up with us to see whether the problem was fixed, and it looks like it has been. Good job guys! I am very impressed with the level of customer service from American Home Water & Air.
