  • Dining here was one of my favorite experiences during my trip to Las Vegas! We were on a time-crunch and the wonderful team at Mesa Grill managed to have us seated within five minutes of our arrival, and out the door within 20 minutes! Swift service didn't mean they compromised on quality though! We ordered the Smoked Shrimp Tacos and the Ancho Chile-Honey Glazed Salmon and both of these were honestly some of the best dishes I've ever tasted. The Smoked Shrimp Tacos brought fresh, simple flavors that complemented each other beautifully. Each element on the salmon dish was absolutely outstanding, but the glaze on the salmon was a clear standout. It was spectacular and could easily have carried the dish all on its own! Delectable cuisine supported by an efficient kitchen and courteous staff resulted in an overall positive experience. I fully intend to indulge myself by dining here at least once more during my trip! - We went back to Mesa Grill another 3 times during our trip and remained equally impressed! On our last visit, I got the Cornmeal Crusted Chile Relleno and it met my incredibly high expectations of a dining experience at Mesa Grill!
