  • The quality of items here seems to be going way down and the prices are crazy! I remember Pier One used to be a fun place to shop with so many interesting pieces, but it really doesn't feel that way any more. The staff isn't even that friendly and the manager is very rude. I also asked if the candles were soy based or natural and they confirmed they were not. Also my daughter accidentally knocked over something and it broke and the manager didn't ask if she was ok or say no problem, it happens. She just came over with a scoul on her face. It was very uncomfortable. Not impressed at all.
