  • I sat out in the cold for half hour with my four children waiting for a taxi driver that was supposed to be there within 15 minutes of the call. Needless to say I walked home and then no one would patch me through to a manager so I could complain. I'd rather walk a mile in the snow than ever rely on these people again.
