  • Unnecessary frustration. Route made no sense geographically, as admitted by the driver and the dispatcher that I called as soon as I found out that after being picked up in the South Hills of Pittsburgh we were headed back into downtown AWAY FROM THE AIRPORT for 2 additional pick-ups "add-ons" that were last minute after my reservation. The driver was courteous and the 1-800 answered the phone.
