  • WoW WoW and WoW! I am beyond thankful and blessed! My car broke down this past weekend on the freeway and it was my 16 month year old, SICK daughter and I. We had just came from the doctor and she had pinkeye and a bilingual ear infection and fever. On my way home my car overheated and stalled. Scared out of my mind, I called my insurance company (American Family Insurance) and they were there to tow my daughter and I within 40 minutes. I had originally planned to take my car to Pep Boys and my tow driver made a suggestion to bring my car to his companies shop! BRAKE MASTERS!!!! I was greeted by Kelly! Immediately I was impressed! Very professional, helpful, friendly, honest, courteous and understanding. Kelly really made what could of been a disaster into a pleasant experience! The office was very clean and comfortable. After 3 hours of working on my car, he then gave me the keys and told me it was safe for my daughter and I to drive home in. Its been 4 days and my car runs great! Thank you Kelly for being my Christmas Miracle! from the bottom of my heart, I am truely blessed!!! You guys just gained a new customer!!
