  • Worst property management company I've ever had to deal with. Stephanie is consistently rude anytime you call. Had to steam clean the floors when we moved in and had it professionally cleaned when we moved out. Still was charged a cleaning fee. Handyman to fix anything on the move in inspection couldn't even get our closet doors to work properly or match paint after patching holes previous tenants left. Don't expect to get much more than half of your deposit back. Bought a home to avoid ever having to deal with a property management company like this again. Updating my review after speaking with Luc the owner. He was really helpful in discussing any issues I had and that means a lot. Definitely changed my initial opinion and in the end totally changed my experience with Rentals America.
