  • This people are the worst I ever seen. They charged me 1945.86 $ for cleaning and 3 filling and today after 2 weeks of my filling I can't eat any kind of bread or cold food because my gums hurt so badly. When I made my appointment I did tell them that I'm here for cleaning only because I don't have any pain they lied that my old filling are bad and need repair even though I didn't have any pain. Their cleaning is worthless I still have dark spots on my gums and the different I see is 1% better than before. Going to western dental was my biggest mistake. They put me on payments. I have to pay more than 150$ a month for more than 18 months for treatment I didn't get . DON'T GO THERE they absolutely scam and I'm going to fill a compline against them. Plus the girl up front was laughing at me. When I asked the doctor if he can do the cleaning in my second visit he answered that he had to do my filling in his lunch break and he doesn't wanna do cleaning . It's not my problem that they scheduled my filling in his lunch. He was rude not helpful not even answering my questions. I made mistake by going there, don't do the same mistake. I shared my experience because I don't want more patients to get ripped off by this scam.
