  • We saw signs of mouse/rats in the house.One night I actually saw him and was able to lock him in one of the bedrooms.Next morning called Phoenix pest Control and told them my problem.A guy showed up fast enough,in like 45 min since I made the call but had no traps with him.I don't know why he even came.In the same afternoon he came back with 2 traps,set them up and told me to wait a few days.After 2 days with no results I went and bought a wood classic trap.Next morning he was dead in the wooden trap that I bought.Very disappointed on how they handle the situation.And they want to come back for a follow up in 2 weeks and pay them again!
