  • Went to the galleria mall to look for promise rings and tried two stores before going to Ben Bridge. The other stores, Fred Meyer Jewelers and Zales, were rude and unwelcoming. So we went into Ben Bridge and a very kind lady named Cindy welcomed us right away. Asked what our names were and what we were looking for. She was extremely nice and helped me find a ring that was in my price range and seemed genuinely happy to help me. I would recommend this store to anyone in the market. Everyone else in the store was nice as well. Thanks again, Cindy, we appreciated your help and kindness more than you know.
