  • I went over there at 1pm on a nice weekday afternoon to get a takeout sandwich, only to discover a short line up and busy restaurant. It took the waitress (why was there not even a designated hostess?) 10 minutes to acknowledge the rapidly lengthening line, which was by then out the door. No real waiting area. I said that I wanted to order a sandwich to take out and she said it would be 15 minutes. I think they need a better way to process take-out customers... maybe I should have called ahead. Food e.g. Smoked Meat (when I can get it): 4 stars Service / Efficiency: 2- stars Average: 3 stars
