  • Poor customer service and terrible parking! They were "out" of items on the menu that they should have! If you're there for pickup, they want you to stand in the long line of people ordering to pick up your food that you already ordered. So inconvenient. They didn't even have the food ready when I got there. They had to prepare it which took 15 mins. When they called me, they didn't have the other stuff I preordered ready either. They didn't even apologize. They made me get back in line and order them. So unprofessional and frustrating! The cashier Amy and the other workers were rude too!
