  • Horrible Customer Service. I took time off work to meet the tech at my house. He was supposed to be here between 12:00pm-2:00pm. Got a call at 2:10 saying it was gonna be another hour before he got here. Waited another hour. Still no tech showed up. If I treated my customers this way. I would be fired. Not Impressed.
