  • Left off a bracelet to be repaired It only needed a stem either replaced or repaired. Instead they removed a link and a hasp without consulting me. Now it is over a half inch short also they either misplaced or lost the hasp. When I asked they claimed there was not one and didn't seem to even care. I would not recommend them if you value your jewelry.
