i spent easter at this hotel every year for 28 years. i have watched how this hotel went from a high class hotel to a standard chain hotel. food quality such a disappointment. Low end. As i checked in at the hotel march 30 2018. i was given a king bed room. i showed the hotel manager my reservation that was made by american express 7 months ago that i was paying for 2 queens and a pull out for my children. she stated they were fully committed, that they could not give us the room we booked. Her name was Emily. She was very nice. She told me that due to the inconvenience she would give us 2 rooms 2 king beds next to each other not joining. for the same price i was booked at. I stated i did not want to pay for 2 rooms , emily stated i would only pay for 1 room. so 1/1 of my family stayed in one room and i staying in the other room with the smaller children. It was a disaster for easter since the bunny came to one room. I ordered room service at 730pm for dinner i was told it would arrive at 9pm. the food was delivered at 945 pm cold they added their grautity to the bill 25% i believe. anyways i received a letter from emily with chips and water and a free in room movie ticket for the mess up. THEN I CHECKED OUT!!! I was charged for 2 rooms, the movie that was suppose to be free. i was told by ryan that this would be taken care of but wasn't. No one did anything. i was told that amanda the other manager would take care of it. nothing.... as i read other reviews. i read similar reviews STAY AWAY!
