I have a safety recall on my brand new (2 months) 2015 Mustang convertible from Gaudin Ford. Called to make an appointment and told them the number of the recall and my VIN number so they would know exactly what they need to fix it. When I arrived at the appointment early in the morning, only to find out that they don't have the parts; I had to drive right back home and make another appointment for another day. They knew what was needed so why can't they get the parts before giving me an appointment? Obviously, they do not feel my time is valuable. I have to drive all the way there, early in the morning, to find out what they could have told me over the phone.
