  • This was the worst spa experience I have ever had. I travel extensively and utilize many westin properties. The massage therapist took me to the room then left for 10 minutes. Upon her return finally she would not stop talking in an extremely loud voice. A little chat is ok but the purpose of a massage is to relax not listen to a massage therapist drone on about her children in what my children call an outside voice. Then to top it off the massage lasted less than 30 minutes because she stopped early as well. It was a booked 50 minute massage of which cost $178 including a mandatory 20% gratuity that had to be paid for upfront. I've never had such a horrendous spa experience in my life and from a 5 star resort no less. They should be ashamed of themselves.
