  • We're very motivated to put a pool/spa in our backyard. My hubby contacted Laguna pool & spa. They sent a man named Jim C. to our home to meet with us and get measurements. A week later we met him at his office. He showed up 20 mins late. No apology. He put on a great show with the 3D presentation. The pool was gorgeous onscreen. Jim said he'd call us on Monday to go over the quote and he never called us back. How very unprofessional!! They never e-mailed us back either. I'd be very cautious of this business. If they can't call back to get business, what are they going to be like if you have a legitimate problem? I read some of the negative reviews and believe them all.
