  • I've tried to reach this business to organize a birthday party for a whole week, but without success. Nobody got back to my email requests and the phone was always going to answering machine. Fine, we got there anyway and although we didn't have the place for us as planned, we still had a good time. While leaving we left the keys on the lockers we purchased, and I didn't collect my driver's licence. Happens to everyone, right? Well, apparently at this place it can't. I called right the morning after to notify them about my licence, and right away they where not able to find it. Actually they where pretty lost in the process of recognizing my name... well no luck "sorry sir we can't find it". Seriously? Well, maybe it's an unexperienced employee, let's try to call later. Get on the phone with who appears to be a more experienced and helpful person, but still no sign of my ID. Seriously, it takes only one night to lose someone's ID card in custody?? Well, it does't appear this business is ran very professionally, which is a shame. Now my other plans and meetings are pretty much screwed because I'm in lack on my ID card while I wait for my new one from the DMV. Thank you!!
