  • Express service is a joke. Quoted two hours to get an oil change. When asked why I was told that it was the end of the day and employees were clocking out. As I stood there I noticed six open bays and two employees working. The employee was unpleasant and so was my experience. Go elsewhere. Update: I decided to give them another opportunity. Went back to next day. This time an employee actually greeted me at my car to tell me the wait time was over 2 hours. I asked if he was serious. He was! I preceded to tell him they should change their name from "express" to something more honest. I went to a nearly place that did oil changes. They got me going in 7 minutes and the oil change took 15 minutes. It didn't seem so hard to them.
