  • I have been there a few times-each experience was not good. After my last one, I never came back. I asked for a master student of course- She was very nice but worked very slow. She was not very good at cutting hair or thinning. She did very dark on my hair color, which is not what I wanted at all. After a while it faded more, and became a better color but still too dark. The second time, i went to the same student and did a trim and root color. I waited over an hour past my appointment to be seen. I always made sure to never be late, it should be the same way with the hairdressers. I understand some people get held up but over an hour. I didn't get offered any beverage or any update. I let her know about the few pieces she didn't get any color on from the previous time and she just decided to color the top layer of my hair. ..again color too dark. This time with the cut, she did a horrible job and i got 'split ends' all over. The last time I went The girl did a touch up on my roots, and i found out someone else was going to cut my hair. I showed the lady a picture of what I exactly I want. We discussed it and i thought she understood it. She cut my hair horribly and was not even close to what i wanted. I was so embarrassed of my hair cut! Also the woman was really gross and kept on touching her mouth with her fingers and one time even accidentally touched my lips. I wanted to leave immediately but she was cutting my hair. The woman was also very rough with how she was using the brush. I have thick hair and can handle the pain whenever i get my hair done, but not with this lady. You really do get what you pay for.
