The view from the top of the Garfield Memorial is worth it, on a clear day you can see all the way to downtown. It's especially nice in fall when all the leaves are changing.
It may seem odd to visit a cemetary, but this one is filled with some of Cleveland's most notable citizens' memorials, and is a peaceful place to visit and beautifully kept. I met more than one long time Cleveland resident who said their families used to picnic here back in the day, even bbq at the picnic area. Interesting!
There is also a mausoleum with Tiffany stained glass, we didn't get to see it on this trip as the grounds on this trip but am looking forward to a return visit.
