We have been going up CPK for years when residing in California. This is the first experience here in Las Vegas. And it ended on a very negative note. Food was acceptable. Service acceptable. When we paid for the dinner, our credit card was "lost"!!! They searched for 1/2 hour and never found it. I left my name phone number and address with the manager and specifically asked for an update if they found it. Never happened. I canceled my card. Next day I called to see if they found it and magically they found it in the check cover with the bill. But they hadn't gotten around to calling and may never have had I not called them first. I'm very disappointed on the follow through and more at having to cancel my card wait for a new one and then not be informed of the originals finding. They have not earned my return especially the poor handling of the card and the complete lack of follow up. The manager needs to do immediate retraining and when things like this happen, have in place mechanisms that fix the problem, customer, and affix responsibility for follow through!!
