  • One star in order to leave a review. Like other reviewers, we just had a horrendous experience. Jose barged into my home, an hour past the window I was given, immediately said our drain box was not to code, then made a joke about how great that was because the home warranty company has to pay him more to do that. He treated me very poorly, flat out ignoring my questions. He was clearly in a hurry to be somewhere else and made no attempt during the 8 minutes he was here to see why the drain might be backing up,.the reason I called for service. I WILL be reporting this company as well as choice home warranty to the proper state and federal agencies that oversee these shady business practices.
